    1 small Japanese cucumber
    1/2 tbsp sesame seeds
    1/2 tbsp rice vinegar
    1/4 tsp sugar

Directions

Peel and slice cucumber. Add sesame seeds, vinegar, and sugar and toss to coat. Refrigerate to marinate if desired.
