Ingredients

    Broccoli, frozen, 210 grams (remove)
    Chicken Breast, no skin, 340 grams (remove)
    Egg, fresh, 3 medium (remove)
    Sunflower Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)
    *Peppers, hot chili, red, fresh, 1 pepper (remove)
    *Soy Sauce, 1 tbsp (remove)
    *Hoisin Sauce, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Garlic, 1 clove (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)
    *basmati brown rice (uncooked), 1 cup (remove

Directions

Heat about a third of the oil in the wok
Add half the eg and swirl wok to make a thin omlette
Remove the egg, roll and then cut into thin pieces

Repeat process

HEat remaining oil in wok , stirfry onion, garlic and chilli until onion softens

Add broccoli: stir fry until tender

Add remaining ingredients to wok: stir-fry until hot. Add omlette : toss gently
