Introduction

Ingredients

    1/4 cup chopped mushrooms
    small carton of egg beaters (includes 7 servings)
    4 slices jenni-o extra lean turkey bacon

Directions

Place all together in a bowl and spoon evenly into 12 muffin tins that have been sprayed. Oven set to 350, head for around 20-25 minutes (until knife comes out clean). Then Enjoy!

Throw on a quarter of cheese for some fun zip :)

I also like red bell pepper flake in my mix.
