Ingredients
* Egg, fresh, 1 large
* Spinach, frozen, 1 package (10 oz) yields
* Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 cup, chopped or sliced
* **Lowes Foods Neufchatel Cheese, 8 serving
* *Cheese Head Light Cheese Stick, 3 serving
* *Ground Nutmeg, 1 tsp
* Pepper, black, 1 tbsp
* Garlic, 4 cloves
* Paprika, 1 tsp
* 1 cup fat free milk
Directions
take out cream cheese at least 15 minutes before you start to soften.
Also defrost Spinach and drain water out of it. you may need to squeeze it.
pre heat 400 degrees
beat eggs and spices in electric mixer with the milk.
beat till fluffy looking.
Add rest the ingredient to egg mixture till mixed all together.
then pour into pan i used a 9x11 inch pan
cook at 400 degrees for 10 minutes and 350 degrees for the remaining 30-35 minutes. check center and if knife come out clean it is done.
Then salt to taste ......... and enjoy!
