    onion powder
    dried parsley
    white pepper
    black pepper
    1T olive oil
    2 baking potatoes


Preheat oven to 450F.
Dice potatoes and mix with all other ingredients. Arrange in a single layer on baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes or until crispy.

  • These were fantastic! I put them in for 25 mins total (flipping after 10 mins) and then put them on the frying pan to crisp them up a bit more. They were amazing! My boyfriend loved them. They were crispy on the outside, and soft on the inside. Perfect! - 9/14/10
