Ingredients

    2 C Zucchini Shredded
    1/2 C Apple Shredded
    6 Tsp Splenda or more (Truvia)good substitute
    1/4 unsweetened plain almond milk
    1 1/2 c Whole wheat flour
    1/2 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp baking soda
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 Tbs Cinnamon
    1 tsp nutmeg


Directions

Mix dry ingredients together and wet ingredients.
Preheat oven to 400. Spray pan with no calorie spray or line with cupcake cups
Bake for 20 minutes.
Fill muffin tins makes 12 muffins.
