Introduction

A baked and healthier version of fried chicken! A baked and healthier version of fried chicken!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    4 Chicken Breasts, skinless and boneless
    1 1/2 Cups Corn Flakes
    1 Large Egg
    1/4 Cup Skim Milk
    2 T Garlic Powder
    1 T Paprika
    1 T Poultry Seasoning
    1 T Onion Powder
    1 t Black Pepper

Directions

Rinse chicken breasts and pat dry with a paper towel. Mix egg and Milk together in a small dish. Place corn flakes in a bag and roll or pound into tiny pieces for breading. Mix corn flakes and seasonings together in a separate bowl. Spray a baking dish with non-stick spray. Take chicken breast, dip in egg mixture, then immediately roll in corn flake mixture. Place in baking dish. Repeat with other 3 chicken breasts. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees or until chicken reaches safe cooking temperature. Makes 4 chicken breasts.

Feel free to use your own favorite seasonings! I just included what my family prefers.
