    1 Tablespoon Garlic Powder

In a gallon size ziploc bag, add all ingredients except the mushrooms. Close the bag and mix the ingredients. Open the bag and add the mushrooms. We generally baste the mushrooms on the grill and use garlic salt (not the healthiest seasoning--but really tasty). If you start stem-side down and grill for 5 min, then flip, when the stem starts filling with juices you know the mushroom is cooked through. - 9/7/10

I just brushed the olive oil on, only used a tbsp and switched the garlic powder to fresh minced garlic - the onion powder I switched to a little bit of left over pesto. Turned out very well - served with a massaged Kale salad - 11/23/12
