Introduction
Oatmeal didn't sound like my favorite on chicken, but I was trying to add more fiber to my diet so I forced myself to make this recipe and it is outstanding! Ingredients

Flour, whole grain, .5 cup
Instant, Quick, and Regular Oats Cereal, .5 cup, dry, yields
*Onion powder, 1 tbsp
Garlic powder, 1 tbsp
Parmesan Cheese, grated, .25 cup
Egg, fresh, 1 large
Milk, 2%, .25 cup
Chicken Breast, no skin, 3 breast, bone and skin removed
Directions
Cut Chicken breast into slices or squares.
Prepare 3 bowls:
1. whole grain flour
2. eggs and milk, beaten together
3. Oatmeal, cheese, onion and garlic powder
Dip chicken into each bowl in that order, flour, milk and then oatmeal.
You can bake them in the oven for 20 minutes at 400 degrees or you can deep fry them.
I deep fry them just to dark the coating then bake them in the oven to cook them all the way through.
Serve with your favorite dips.
