Ingredients

1 Jenni-O Lean Turkey Ham, sliced
1 apple (Braeburn, Gala are good), sliced
2 Tbsp smart balance buttery spread, divided
1 tsp Splenda brown sugar blend, optional
1/2 cup unsweetened apple juice, or crystal light sugar-free apple or cranberry juice
pinch of cloves
Directions
Add 1 Tbsp butter spread to your skillet and heat on medium high. Add the ham slices and brown on each side until warm. Place them on a plate when done. Add remaining buttery spread and brown the apple slices, with splenda brown sugar blend if desired.
Stack ham slices and apple slices one after another. Keep warm. Add juice to skillet and heat until boiling. Lower heat and simmer until reduced. Add mustards and mix in until well-blended. Add cloves. Serve sauce on the side.
Makes four, 4oz servings.
