Ingredients

    0.25 lb veal slliced thin.
    Bundle (80g) Noodles
    1 cup Spinach
    clove garlic
    .5 Tbsp sesame oil
    1 Tbsp fish sauce
    .5 Tbsp oyster sauce
    .5 Tbsp canola oil
    some ginger root




Directions

Chop everything up. Toast sesame seeds in frypan (dry fry.).
Boli noodles for 5 mins and set aside. Stirfry beef & ginger first, then garlic, spinach. Refresh noodles in cold water, then mix in with rest. Add all sauces, stir continuously. Serve with a squirt of lime juice and sprinkle sesame seeds.
