    1/3c Jif Natural Peanut Butter
    3c old fashioned rolled oats
    2tsp vanilla flavoring
    1/4c country crock light butter
    1/2c nonfat milk
    1c light brown sugar

    Measure oats into separate bowl on the side. Bring sugar, butter, and milk to boil. Boil for two minutes.

    Remove from heat and add vanilla and peanut butter. Pour into oats and mix quickly.

    Measure out by 1tablespoon onto wax paper. Let them cool.

  • This recipe is so yummy, the only thing I would change is 2 1/4 cups of oats and 3/4 or 1 cup of peanut butter! I love the peanut butter taste :) - 9/10/10
