Ingredients



    * Orange juice 12 oz Goya, 4 oz (remove)
    * Olive oil Vigo, 1 tbsp (remove)
    * Thyme, ground, 1 tsp (remove)
    * Brown Sugar, 4 tsp unpacked (remove)
    * Paprika, 1 tsp (remove)
    * Salt, 1 dash (remove)
    * Orange Peel, 0.5 tsp (remove)
    * Oranges, 1 small (2-3/8" dia) (remove)
    * Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 tbsp (remove)
    * Honey pure Virginia Brand, 0.5 tbsp (remove)
    * Onions, raw, 1 tbsp chopped (remove)
    * Parsley, dried, 0.5 tbsp (remove)
    * Ginger, ground, 0.5 tsp (remove)
    For the salmon: mix in small bowl the orange juice, 1 tbsp olive oil & 1 tsp thyme, 1 tbsp brown sugar, 1 tsp paprika & dash of salt. Coat salmon both sides & refrigerate for 30 minutes or more. Mix orange relish with orange peel, orange sectioned minus seeds and cut in 1/2 inch pieces, red pepper (or green), onion, parsley & ginger. Cover & refrigerate until ready to serve. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Remove salmon from marinade & rub with brown sugar, paprika, 1/2 tsp thyme & dash salt. Place salmon on foil lined baking pan or pan sprayed with Pam or similar. Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily. Serve with orange relish.
