Ingredients

Wet:
1/2 cup nonfat milk
1/4 cup egg beaters
1 single-serve cup cinnamon applesauce
1 single-serve cup chobani nonfat vanilla greek yogurt
1/4 cup honey
Dry:
1 cup oats
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Mix-ins:
1 1/2 cups frozen bluberries
1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional)
Directions
Preheat oven to 400
Prepare muffin tins with paper liners
In a medium bowl wisk all wet ingredients until smooth and creamy
In a large bowl stir together all dry ingredients, making a well in the center.
Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients all at once, mixing gently until evenly combined, do not overmix.
Fold in mix-ins
Spoon mixture into muffin tins.
Optional: sprinkle with a little splenda and extra cinnamon for a sweet touch.
Bake 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Do not overbake
Remove from muffin tin immediately and allow to cool (at least a little so they dont stick!)
