Ingredients

    1 tbsp of ground flaxseed
    .25 cup three berry mix (or just blueberries)
    4 medium strawberries
    1 cup (8 oz) of Langers diet Cranberry/ Raspberry juice (or OJ)
    .25 mango

Directions

makes one serving
put all ingredients into blender and mix until smooth. Enjoy!
