    3 five oz. cans of tuna- bumblebee solid albacore packed in water
    1/2 a small to medium onion, chopped small pieces
    4 tbsp hellman's low fat mayonaise
    Salt and pepper to taste


mix ingredients and add to favorite low cal bread, bun, or bagel thin to make a sandwich. Serves 5.
