Introduction
This was originally an experiment one night in my apartment. However, it ended up GREAT! My boyfriend loves it! Ingredients

Turkey cutlets - about 2 servings
Flour - 0.5 cup
Four Cheese Mexican Blend - 0.25 cup
Garlic Powder - to taste
Paprkia - to taste
Butter - 2 tbsp
Olive Oil - 2 tbsp
Directions
1. Combine 0.5 cup of flour, 0.25 of cheese blend, garlic powder, and paprika in a bowl until well mixed.
2. Coat your turkey cutlets in the mixture.
3. Melt 2 tbsp of butter in the bottom of a skillet or large frying pan.
4. Add 2 tbsp of olive oil to the bottom of the pan as well.
5. Put the coated turkey cutlets in the pan.
6. Cook about 7 minutes (medium to medium high heat) on each side or until golden brown on the outside (make sure that your turkey is done completely through on the inside as well).
7. Pat yourself on the back!!! You're done!
--Serve with a salad and maybe even a glass of wine!
Makes about 2 servings - 4 oz/serving (depending on your cut of meat).
