Looks impressive...tastes great! I keep the shells in their holding containers for easy transportation to cookouts, lunches, etc. It protects them from getting broken. Ingredients

    4 boxes Athens Mini fillo shells (15 shells per box)
    1 box jello Sugar free cheesecake pudding
    2 cups nonfat milk (to make pudding)
    1 granny smith apple, cored and chopped
    2 tbsp Smuckers No Sugar Added Caramel topping

Directions

Make pudding according to package directions. Let sit in fridge for 5-10 minutes.

Spoon cheesecake mixture into fillo shells. Top with chopped apples. Drizzle with caramel topping.

Serve immediately.
