Introduction

Chicken Philly in a Pita instead of a hoagie roll. Sauteed mushrooms, Boar's Head EverRoast chicken, Alpine Lace reduced fat provolone on 2 whole wheat pita halves. Ingredients

    1 Whole wheat Pita
    1 cup mushrooms, sauteed
    3 oz Boar's Head EverRoast chicken
    1 slice Alpine Lace 25% reduced fat Provolone cheese


Directions

Using Pam and a little salt & pepper, sautee mushrooms in a frying pan over medium to medium-high heat for 3 minutes or until soft. Reduce heat.

Add chicken. Chop and mix with mushrooms until heated through.

Seperate into two halves. Top each with 1/2 the cheese slice & let it melt for a minute.

Fill Pita halves and enjoy!
