Introduction
Lemon cream pasta sauce ala "French women don't get fat." I tweaked it a little for my own taste. I usually use farafelle or whole wheat fettuccine. Ingredients

1.5 tsp olive oil
1.5 T sour cream
1.5 tsp parmesan
1 tsp lemon zest
2 tsp (or 1/2 lemon) lemon juice
Directions
Combine all ingredients except pasta and broccoli and parmesan cheese. Warm sauce in a pan until thick, then add cheese. Cook pasta according to package and add broccoli in last 5 minutes. Drain and toss with sauce
