Introduction

It is another smoothie in my smoothie journey. While it tasted good, it didn't look very appealing. Packed full of nutrients and you get a lot of freggie servings in one smoothie. Ingredients

    1 cup V8 Low Sodium
    1 cup of Unsweetened Apple Juice
    1 cup of Silk Light Vanilla Soymilk
    2 cups of halved frozen strawberries
    1/2 cup of Quaker Old-Fashioned Oats
    Blender

Directions

Liquify oats in soymilk
Blend in apple juice and V8
Whip in frozen strawberries to desired consistency.
