Introduction

Hubby's favorite birthday cake! Hubby's favorite birthday cake!
Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    6 large eggs
    2 cups granulated sugar
    1 cup canola oil
    1 cup 1% milk
    1 tsp Almond Extract
    2 tsp Baking powder
    2 cups flour
    3/4 cup poppy seeds
    2 oz Almonds, ground (optional)

Directions

Heat oven to 350F. Beat eggs well, and then add ingredients in order, beating after each addition. Pour into a greased Bundt cake pan (or angle food pan) and bake until done ~ approximately 60 minutes.

Cuts into 16 pieces.
