    1 c Bob's High Fiber Pancake & Waffle Mix
    1 c Canned Pumpkin
    1/3 c Oat Bran
    4 oz Unsweetened Applesauce
    3/4 c water
    1/4 tsp cinnamon
    1/4 tsp ginger
    1/4 tsp nutmeg
    1/4 tsp cloves

Directions

Makes three 1-cup servings

Combine all ingredients and mix batter. Spray griddle and cook batter to make pancakes.
