Introduction

Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    2 lbs ground beef
    1 large can crushed tomatoes
    1 can tomato paste
    1 carton (4 cups) chicken or beef stock or vegetable
    1 large yellow onion
    4 cloves garlic (to your taste more or less)
    2 cans red kidney beans
    3 tablespoon of chili powder, more or less to taste
    salt, pepper and cumin to taste.

Directions

Brown hamburger, once done mix in chopped onion and minced garlic and saute for a few more minutes. Then pour in all other ingredients and simmer for two hours.

I added cumin and salt and pepper to taste.
