    1 pkg (8 oz) Neufchatel Cheese
    .5 Cup Mandarin Oranges, drained & chopped
    .5 tsp Curry powder
    3 Flour tortillas, 12 inch
    .5 pound Smoked Turkey
    3 Cups Baby Spinach
    2 Green Onions, chopped


In a small bowl, beat neufchatel cheese until smooth. Stir in oranges and curry. Spread .5 cup mixture over each tortilla. Layer with turkey, spinach, green onions, roll up tightly. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm.

Unwrap and cut each into 10 slices. Refrigerate leftovers.
