No wontons in this but I swear it tastes just like the best Wonton Soup I'e ever had. Super low in calories, this is the perfect start to any Asian inspired meal. Ingredients

2½ cups water
2 t. Better Than Bouillon, Vegetable Flavored
About 1 cup (1 large leaf or 100 grams) Chard (Swiss or Rainbow), chopped roughly in large strips
2 Hardboiled Egg Whites, chopped in strips
1 tsp. Soy Sauce
ground pepper to taste
Directions
Mix water and bouillon in small pot with a lid and bring to a boil.
Add chard, reduce to simmer and cover.
Cook until chard is limp (about 5 minutes).
Add eggs and soy sauce, allow to simmer for a few more minutes.
Add pepper to taste.
Makes 2 servings (or one large).
