Ingredients

- 1 Tyson Grilled Chicken Breast (already cooked) or any other 5 oz. chicken breast will do
- 1/4 cup Reduced sodium tomato sauce
- 1 slice fat free mozzarella cheese or 1/4 cup fat free mozzarella
- 2 slices 40-45 calorie bread
- Pam cookie spray or any other no calorie cooking spray
- *optional salt, pepper*
Directions
In one pan, place pre-cooked chicken breast on stove top and cook half way, flipping to get it even on both sides. Be careful not to cook fully.
Next, add tomato sauce and sprinkle cheese on top. Cover pan and let cheese melt.
Next, take another pan and spray with no calorie cooking spray. Place bread on pan and cook golden brown (but not all the way cooked) on both sides. Keep on low flame.
Once cheese is almost melted on chicken, move it on top of one slice of bread and place the other piece on top. Now turn stove on medium heat and begin cooking the rest of the bread (dont burn it though) keep flipping your sandwich till your toast is just the way you like it and be sure your cheese and chicken are cooked as well!
