Ingredients

    1 lb. ground beef, browned & drained
    1 lb. ground deer, browned & drained
    2 quarts fresh tomatoes; blanched, peeled, seeded & blendered
    2 - 3 onions, diced
    2 - 3 bell peppers, diced
    1 1/2 to 3 TBSP chili powder
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1 TBSP worchesterchire sauce
    1/4 tsp. basil, more if fresh
    1/4 tsp. cumin
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder with parsley
    1 - 16 oz. can Bush's chili beans
    1 - 15 oz. can light red kidney beans, rinsed & drained
    1 - 15 oz. can pinto beans, rinsed & drained
    1 - 15 oz. can great northern beans, rinsed & drained

Directions

Mix all together & cook 5 - 8 hours depending on how hot your crockpot is.
Makes one 5 quart crockpot full.
I figure each serving is one cup.
