Ingredients

8 oz lasagna noodles, cooked (about 12)
1 jar Prego Heart Smart pasta sauce, your choice
12 oz cooked ground turkey
12 oz cooked ground turkey sausage
8 oz canned mushrooms
1 C frozen spinach, thawed and drained
16 oz carton non-fat cottage cheese, drained and rinsed
2 C mozarella cheese, divided
1 C shredded parmesan cheese, divided
Directions
Prepare lasagna noodles according to package directions.
Reserve 1/2 cup pasta sauce. Combine cooked ground turkey and turkey sausage, remaining pasta sauce, and drained mushrooms.
Combine cottage cheese, 1 cup mozzarella cheese, 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, and spinach.
Pour reserved sauce in the bottom of a large baking dish. Lay 4 lasagna noodles on top. Layer with cheese/spinach mixture. Layer with 4 more noodles. Layer with meat/mushroom/pasta sauce mixture. Layer with remaining 4 noodles. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes, or until cheese begins to brown around the edges.
