Ingredients
* Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)
* Garlic, 2 cloves (remove)
* *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2"
* Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, chopped
* Beans, red kidney, 1.5 cup
* Beans, black, 1.5 cup
* Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced
* Del Monte Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added, 2 cup
* Tomato Soup, 1 can (10.75 oz) (
* Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
*Chili Pepper, 1.5 tbsp
Directions
Cook veggies in the olive oil at the bottom of the pot. After veggies are soft add chili powder and cook for an additional minute. Then add beans, diced tomotoes and soup (make sure you drain the beans). Let simmer for another 20-30 minutes. Serves 8.
