    1 lb, boneless, skinless chicken breast, diced
    1/2 c. thinly sliced green pepper
    1/2 c. thinly sliced red or yellow pepper
    1 lg. stalk celery, sliced diagonally
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 c. chicken stock
    1 tbsp. Bragss amino (or to taste) can use soy sauce
    3 tsp. finely chopped ginerroot (or to taste)
    2 cups finely shredded cabbage (or bagged slaw mix)


Chop chicken breast into bite size pieces. Saute until no pink remains in a nonstick pan sprayed with Pam olive oil. Add onions and peppers and celery to pan. Saute unti veggies are still fairly crisp. Add broth, braggs, and gingerroot. Saute 3 or 4 minutes or until hot through. Add cabbage and heat through.
