Introduction

This was from a similar recipe here, I just revised it to what I had on hand. This was from a similar recipe here, I just revised it to what I had on hand.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    2 c. all purpose flour
    1 T baking powder
    1.5 t cinamon
    1/2 t nutmeg
    1 whole egg
    2 egg whites
    4 T brown sugar
    1 c pumpkin puree

Directions

Mix dry ingredients together, mix wet ingredients together. Gently mix all together.

Cook batter measuring 1/4 c of batter per 4 inch waffle.

Makes about 12 4 inch waffles. Serving 2 waffles
