    12 chicken tenderloins
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 jalapenos, chopped
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    1 can diced tomatoes
    1 can tomato sauce
    1 can chicken broth
    1 cup macaroni
    1 can black beans, drained and rinsed


Cook chicken in large skillet until no longer pink inside. Add onions, garlic and jalapenos; saute with chicken. Allow vegetables and chicken to brown a bit.

Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, chicken broth and macaroni. Bring to a boil then cook on medium-high until macaroni nearly reaches desired tenderness. Add beans and continue cooking until beans are warmed and macaroni is tender. Allow to cool, then serve.

    Very Good
    Had this for dinner last night. Loved it! I will probably use less of the jalapenos the next time. I like the flavor they provide but not the heat. - 8/31/07
