Ingredients

1 whole Safeway rotisserie chicken
1 can fat free cream of mushroom soup
1 cup chicken broth/water/apple juice
1 cup skim milk
Bisquick - about 4 cups
salt and pepper to taste
Directions
1. Get a whole rotisserie chicken (from Safeway), and remove the meat from the bones.
2. Spread evenly into a 9x13 baking dish.
3. In a separate bowl, mix 98% fat free cream of mushroom room with 1 cup low sodium broth.
4. Add salt and pepper to taste
5. Spread over the chicken in the baking dish and mix in.
6. In another separate bowl, mix Bisquick with skim milk (according to package instructions), and then spoon drop over the chicken mixture.
7. Brush lightly with butter/oil
8. In a pre-heated oven (425F), place the baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes (the biscuits will be done!
