Ingredients

    I cup of cherry jam/preserves or any flavor fruit

    1/4 cup of sherry or chicken broth

    2 Tablespoons olive or canola oil

    1 medium onion, finally chopped

    2 teaspoons chopped fresh or 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary leaves

    1 1/2 teaspoons garlic salt (or garlic powder if you are cutting out extra salt)

    1/4 teaspoon pepper

    1 1/2 pounds of turkey tenderloins (about 3 tenderloins)

Directions

1. Mix all ingredients except for turkey in a medium bowl. Place turkey in a shallow dish or plastic bag and pour half the cherry mixture over turkey; turn turkey to coat. Reserve remaining half of plum mixture. Cover dish or seal bag and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

2. Heat oven to 325 degrees and place the turkey with the juice that is in the bag in a roasting pan and cook for 50 - 60 minutes or until core temperature reaches 165 degrees. Baste periodically through out cooking.

3. Heat reserved cherry mixture and serve with the sliced turkey.
