Ingredients

    1 pound ground turkey
    1 large can of tomatoes- any style (crushed or diced)
    1 bag of frozen mixed vegetables
    1 bag of frozen green beans
    1 can of spinach
    salt to taste
    dill to taste
    water

Directions

Brown turkey- you can add a small amount of olive oil if needed. Once browned, add can of tomatoes and water to make soup desire consistency. Add all other ingredients and simmer until vegetables are cooked and as soft as you like them. Super simple and delicious! Makes about 8 hearty servings or 10 smaller servings.
