Ingredients

    2 tabl. vegetable oil
    1 - 2lbs ground chuck
    6 oz. tomato paste
    8 oz. tomato sauce
    1 can kidney, pinto and chili beans
    1/2 cup ea. peppers- green, red, yellow and orange
    1 cup french onion soup
    2 TB. chili powder
    1 clove garlic- minced
    1 TB. cumin
    1/2 teas black pepper
    tabasco (optional)

Directions

Heat vegetable oil in large pot over medium heat. Brown ground chuck - add the peppers to the meat as it browns. After ground chuck is cooked all the way, add all other ingredients. Mix thoroughly. Let simmer on low for minimum of 30 minutes.
