Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    3 cups of whole wheat pasta
    1 cup of chopped crab
    1 1/4 cup of chopped snap peas
    2 chopped tomatos
    2 chopped green onions
    3/4 cup of light cream cheese
    3 tbsp of fresh grated parm cheese
    1 cup of skim milk

Directions

Cook pasta drain and set aside
Spray a little non stick cooking spray into the frying pan and saute veggies on low heat. Cook and set aside.
Pour milk and cream cheese and parm cheese into pan and melt together. Once melted stir in veggies and mix well. Then stir in pasta and mix well.

Makes six large servings.
