Ingredients

    2.5 cups pumpkin seeds
    2 tsp extra light olive oil
    2 tsp worcestshire sauce
    3 tsp salt


Directions

wash and dry pumpkin seeds.
mix in all ingredients.
preheat oven to 350.
spray cooking sheet with Pam or whatever you prefer.
spread pumpkin seeds evenly on cooking sheet.
bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.

serving size: 1/4 cup, makes 10 servings.
