    Foster Farms Lean Ground Turkey, 16 oz
    1 Parsnip, 184 grams
    Potato, 1 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.)
    4 large Celery stalks, 312 grams
    2 large Carrots,, 213 grams
    Pepper, black, .5 tsp
    Salt, .5 tsp
    Trader Joe's Organic Free Range Chicken Broth - Low Sodium, 4 cups
    Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce, .5 tsp
    Chili powder, 0.5 ts
    Italian Seasonings, 1 tsp
    Bay Leaf, 1 leaf


Makes 6 2-laddle servings (1.5-2 cups) servings

1. cut up carots, celery, parsnip, potato, and mushroom into small pieces
2. brown ground turkey in skillet, seasoning with salt, pepper and worcestershire sauce
3. put all ingredients (chopped veggies, turkey and broth) into a crock pot
4. Cook on high for approx. 3 hours
5. add garlic, italian seasonings, bay leaf, and chili powder
6. continue cooking for another half hour to hour (until potatoes and parsnips are tender)
