Introduction
This is an extremely easy and delicious side dish to serve among others at a brunch, or as a hearty snack during the day. Yields 15, 1-cup servings (leaving about 3-cups of juice). Ingredients

32-fluid ounces of Sauerkraut
14 (2 packages) Hebrew National Beef Franks
28 ounce (1-large can) of Trader Joes Organic Diced Tomatoes
2 cups of Albertsons Dark Brown Sugar
1 cup of Albertsons Light Brown Sugar
Directions
Warm oven to 350 degrees.
In large bowl, combine one jar 32-ounce jar of sauerkraut, can of diced tomatoes, 2-cups dark brown sugar and 1-cup light brown sugar.
Slice beef franks in 1/2 inch slices. Combine with ingredients in bowl.
Mix ingredients in bowl.
Pour contents of bowl into large casserole dish.
Cover loosely with foil.
Slide into preheated oven.
In about 15-minutes, pull dish out of oven, remove foil, stir contents and put back in oven for another 15 or 20 minutes.
Mixture will begin to look reddish and toasted/browned.
Take out of oven, and prepare for serving.
