    Reduced fat pork sausages, 2 serving
    POTATO, Boiled 100 grams
    *LLoyd Grossman Tomato & Chilli Sauce 50 grams
    SPINAGE 1 cup
    Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped
    *Sweed, 1 serving
    *sainsburys be good to yourself mature cheese, 25 grams

Directions

cook all in the usall way with out adding oil and butter., pile into boxes the top with the raw spinage.

When re heating microwave for 4 mins.
