Ingredients

    4 large eggs
    10 slices of cinnamon swirl bread
    1 Qt. eggnog
    optional: rum, brandy, or whiskey
    optional: spices such as nutmeg, cinnamon, etc.

Directions

Whisk 4 eggs in bowl. Pour into 1 quart of eggnog. If desired, add spirits. Add spices such as nutmeg or cinnamon, if desired. In shallow baking dish (sprayed with Pam) arrange 1" cubes of bread chopped from 4 of the 10 slices. Pour half the eggnog mixture over the cubes. With remaining slices, slice in half on the diagonal and arrange over the cubes. Pour remaining eggnog mixture over the top. Bake at 350F for 55 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
