Ingredients

    2 tsp Chili Powder
    1 tsp Ground Cumin
    1 tsp Minced Garlic
    1/2 tsp Oregano
    1/2 tsp Crushed Red Pepper
    1 can whole kernel corn (drained)
    1 can black beans (rinsed)
    2 cans 98% Fat Free Broccoli Cheese Soup
    1 can water
    2 cans 98% Fat Free Swanson's Chunk Chicken Breast
    1.5 cups brown instant rice
    3/4 cups favorite salsa

    Shredded cheese (to preference, not included in nutrition information)

Directions

Mix all ingredients into a large mixing bowl. Stir until consistent texture. Put into a 9x9 baking dish. Cook at 350 for 1 hour. Add shredded cheese at end of baking time and cook until melted.
