    2 tsp olive oil, 8 oz chicken chunks, 8 oz. baby potaoes (220 grams), 1 - 10 oz. can cream of chicken soup, 1 cup carrots, peas and green bean mixed frozen vegies, 2 tbsp calorie wise italian dressing, 4 tbsp herb & garlic philly cream cheese light.


Steam baby potatoes in microwaveble container for approx. 6 min. Place olive oil in frying pan and cook chicken for approx. 7 -8 min, add cr. of chicken soup, vegies, italian dressing & cream cheese. Mix in potatoes and cook until heated through.
