Ingredients

    6 cups cubed italian bread
    1 8 oz pkg Neufchatel cream cheese
    1/2 cup reduced fat Mayonnaise
    1 tsp italian seasoning
    1/2 tsp pepper
    2 cup fat free shredded mozzarella cheese
    1 cup water
    2 cups Easy Spaghetti Sauce (In my other recipes)
    24 oz frozen meatballs

Directions

Spread the bread cubes in a 9x13 baking pan treated with nonstick spray. Combine the cream cheese, mayonnaise, Italian seasoning, and pepper and pour over bread. Cover with ½ cup mozzarella cheese.

Combine the water, spaghetti sauce, and meatballs and pour over cheese layer in the baking pan. Top with remaining cheese. Cover with foil. (Can be labeled and frozen right in the pan at this point.)

(Thaw if needed) Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake for 30 minutes.

    Good
    Same recipe as the one from Gooseberry Creek but I use the whole buns. I can't pour the cream cheese mixture over the bread, I have to spread it over. I add Parmesan cheese on top
