Introduction

YUM! YUM!
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    0.4 cup Flour
    Half Egg
    0.5 cup Milk
    Salt, A dash
    0.3 cup Chocolate Chips
    60 Raisins
    0.5 cup Oats
1 Apple, chopped into small chunks and coated with a little cinammon
    Ground Cinnamon
    Honey 1 tbsp
    0.4 cup Applesauce

Directions

Heat Oven to 200 deg celsius.

Combine Dry Ingredients (Cinnamon, Flour, Choc Chips, Raisins, Oats, Salt)

Combine Wet Ingredients (Milk, Egg, Honey)

Mix Wet Ingredients to Dry Ingredients. Stir in Apple Sauce gradually to create a lumpy mixture. (Do not overstir to prevent the muffins from turning out tough.)

Fill muffin tray (I used a silicon muffin tray and therefore did not coat with oil)

Bake in oven for 20 minutes or until a tooth pick comes out clean.

Cool and serve on its own or with a little low fat icecream!

GUILT FREE DECADENCE!
