This is similiar to a Larabar but easier to make into balls rather than bars. This is similiar to a Larabar but easier to make into balls rather than bars.
Number of Servings: 16


    200 grams pitted dates
    200 grams dried tart cherries
    100 grams raw almonds
    50 grams raw coconut

    In a food processor place almonds and rough chop and remove. Add dates and chop, then add cherries and combind to a course paste. Add almonds back in and then add half of the raw coconut into the food processor bowl. Pulse a few times to keep the almonds from becoming too finely chopped. Make apx 16 balls walnut sized and then roll in the remaining coconut. Chill and use for snacks when you want something sweet.


Makes 16 walnut sized balls or 8 bars.
