Introduction

Ingredients

    6.5 cups regular oats
    1 cup chopped pecans
    1 cup ground flax meal
    2 teaspoons cinnamon
    1 cup vanilla whey powder
    1/2 cup raw pumpkin seeds
    1/2 cup melted coconut oil
    1/4 cup evening primrose oil
    1/4 cup olive oil
    1/4 cup brewed coffee (note to self: try adding instant coffee for flavor)

Directions

Mix all ingredients and put in big deep flat baking pan. Bake at 350 for about 75 minutes, stirring it up occasionally to cook more evenly.
