This is kind of like a faux ice cream sandwich, great for snacking! Make a bunch at once & freeze for when you have the munchies! :) This is kind of like a faux ice cream sandwich, great for snacking! Make a bunch at once & freeze for when you have the munchies! :)
Number of Servings: 1

    Graham Crackers
Cool Whip Light (regular or chocolate)

Serving size: single serving or make a batch & freeze for future use

1. Unthaw Cool Whip slightly in fridge, so it is easier to work with (but not completely unthawed or it will be messy!)

2. Break Graham Cracker into two pieces.

3. Spread a serving of Cool Whip onto one cracker & top with the other, making a "sandwich".

4. You can eat it right away. OR make multiples, wrap in saran & freeze for future use!

  • This sounds abolutely yummy! I like to completly thaw whipped topping, put a whole tub of it in the blender and add fruit. I bet this recipe would taste good with strawberries, whipped cream and the crackers. I'm going shopping tomorrow--fat free whipped cream here I come! - 9/4/07
